Terms of Service

1- Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cedrus Capital® websites, dashboards, APIs, or services (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2- Eligibility

• You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You are not subject to sanctions or located in a restricted jurisdiction. Cedrus Capital® may block access where prohibited.
• No KYC/AML verification is required for applicants from the MENA region.

3- Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, wallet private keys, and 2FA devices.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security incident.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, violations, or risk to users or the Platform.

4- Staking Services

• Locked Tiers: Locked tiers (and any future tiers) cannot be withdrawn before maturity.
• Rewards: Displayed returns are illustrative and may change. Rewards are not guaranteed.
• Networks: USDT Deposits may be supported on ERC‑20 / TRC‑20 / BEP‑20 networks. Network congestion may impact timing. BTC payments are also accepted; confirmation times depend on the Bitcoin network.
• Minimums: Minimum deposit amounts may apply per tier.
• Fees: Network fees, spreads, or service fees may apply and reduce your net rewards.
• Errors: You are responsible for sending assets to the correct network/address. Transactions are generally irreversible.

5- Prohibited Activities

• Violations of law; money laundering; terrorist financing; sanctions evasion.
• Abuse of promotions; market manipulation; spam; scraping without permission.
• Attempting to access the Platform via automated exploits or reverse engineering.

6- No Advice

Cedrus Capital® does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

7- Intellectual Property

The Platform, brand, UI, code, and content are owned by Cedrus Capital® and/or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

8- Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing.

9- Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

10- Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cedrus Capital® and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Platform.

11- Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cedrus Capital® and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12- Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify or discontinue any feature at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the “Effective date.” Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

13- Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE / Beirut, Lebanon without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration / courts of chosen venue. You consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
